" My approach to therapy is warm, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. I believe that people have the natural resources to make positive changes in their lives. I also believe that changes occur most rapidly when people can tap into these resources with the support of a compassionate, committed and experienced professional.

I blend empirically supported neuroscience with EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Bowen Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my treatment. My goal is for my clients to feel known, understood, empowered and educated through their work in therapy."
